Not that hard these days. The game and all expansions are 20$. Could buy the base game? and all expansions for around 160$. Likely to get cheaper since Sims 3 is out.

The mail box turns into a rent stand. You click on it and pay your rent when its Monday? or whenever. :)

the best thing about the? sims 2 apartment life is that well it almost like the sims 3 u have sort of an open socity like u have nighbors that wht i mean unlike other sims

Re:TheMarifer you have to download stuff to make them pretty...you can download sims items at: xm sims .? com or mod the sims 2 . com (no spaces)

yes the landlord is an npc, the rent values are always set for you, but i believe their is a cheat to change it? yourself, i don't know it though.
