woahh this house looks crazy familiar to my friend's house... the only thing is she doesn't have the basement :P but everything else is right on! this is a beautiful home, the master? bedroom as the right size but i feel like the other bedrooms are small compared to the rest of the house. great opportunity though!... 500k-560k for a 900k worth...

although this is old, i live in northern toronto area and my house is about 6x smaller, and worth only 150k? less. completely ridiculous at how cheap houses are in the states.

OMG...If that guy says "Super Nice" one? more time, I'll have to slit my wrists. LOL And where is this at? The rooms, especially the kitchen seem very small.
