What these widows and orphans need is not a temporary shelter. They need villages made up of their population to? shield them from the mysogynism of their society with healthcare, education, and psychological counseling to help them stay strong as they combat the dominant culture. They've basically been robbed of personhood if they have to depend on male relatives to function normally.

There? is another worse in the Quran that says something to this effect: "To them their beliefs and to you yours." Allah gives guidance, coercion and forcing to comply doesn't. The Muslims only fight when the non-believers threaten them or their religion. Many other religions, including Christianity, have the most bloodiest records of being war criminals.

As far as adultery's concerned, a women accused of adultery in Isam is not penalized or executed unless a certain number of pious men bear witness to her being malicious. There are certain criteria? which are judged before this decision is made. I know many countries where these procedures aren't even followed, but that doesn't depict what Islam says.

What Muslims do and don't doesn't reflect the teachings of Islam, especially in modern times. You can not judge Islam merely because Muslim countries have high crime or rape rates. Islam should be judged by studying it, not by analyzing the state of affairs in Islamic countries, because none of the countries fully practice its? teachings. As far as rape and honour killing's concerned, honour killing is a completely forbidden practice taught by culture not religion.
