It's also a TON more expensive. Just in terms of crappy beer, the liquor store near? me sells 30-packs of Natty for $20, and kegs for $60. That means you can get 165 beers for the price of 90.

CO2 can not be in liquid form unless under greater? pressure than a tank can handle, and lower temps than a normal fridge can achieve, or am I mistaken?
